1. Steam cleaning or low pressure washing (whatever suits different types of tiles). This way of roof cleaning provides instant results lifting up years of dirt, debris, lichen, moss, algae, mould, and mildew making the roof look as good as new. Some roof tiles might not be suitable for low pressure cleaning thus option 2. 

2. Soft washing/Roof scraping – with this roof cleaning service we scrape moss from your roof, this involves using specialist scrappers which are designed to specific roof tiles. With this roof cleaning service there’s no pressure or steam cleaning is involved. 

Once the roof is cleaned we then apply HSE approved bio – degradable biocide. This professional grade Biocide treatment kills any remaining lichen or living organisms and prevents moss/algae from growing for years to come. 

After roof is cleaned we also do full gutters clean so you don’t have to worry about hiring someone else for that job. Will also clean up all moss that’s dropped on your driveway or garden.
